What we collect
When you register, book tickets or message us we collect your name, contact details and whatever you include in the form — such as age group, medical notes for safe coaching, or seating needs.
How we use it
Your details are used to run sessions and fixtures, confirm bookings, keep players safe, and — only with your consent — send club news. Junior medical notes are visible only to the coaching and welfare team.
What we never do
We never sell personal data, never share junior details with sponsors, and never add you to the newsletter without a clear opt-in.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the contact page. We respond within 30 days. Photos from matchdays are published only with consent, and can be removed on request.
